When FOLD bedding set out to make a line of wallpaper to compliment their soft wool bedding they hit something of a wall—a very flat wall. Not wanting to hold buyers to a predetermined color, shape, or even two-dimensions, Max Geiser introduced Wallter, a line of three-dimensional wall applications that vary in size and geometric design. By leaving the surface of Wallter primed to be painted by the buyer, Geiser added some DIY flair from his local Bay Area. Geiser stressed the importance of Wallter’s colors and patterns connecting with both FOLD bedding’s signature style of three-dimensional overlock stitching and the ability to customize Wallter to any interior. Wallter’s prices start at $42 for a set of 8 and continue up to $300 for a 44” starburst.
