Evaluate and Document your Work

Follow Up

Return to projects during CA or conduct post-occupancy surveys to check if low-carbon products and pieces designed for disassembly are performing as intended, if strategies for flexibility are still being leveraged.

Assess the Embodied Carbon Emissions

Assess your project upon completion. Use an LCA tool or a simple calculator like the CLF TI LCA Calculator to record the embodied emissions of your project.

Design a Format to Tell Your Story

Find a simple format to capture project assessments that can give your teams and stakeholders all the vital sustainability information at a glance. You can adopt an existing framework to design this format.

Go Back

Create internal incentives for revisiting completed projects. Don’t let the memory of the project fade before the products go to the landfill.
