The 2025 METROPOLIS Sustainability Lab at NeoCon will highlight innovations in healthy, circular, and regenerative materials and manufacturing processes, giving you the tools you need to design spaces that positively impact both people and the planet.

This year’s Lab, themed “Material World,” will include:
20+ sustainable materials and products that can be specified today on projects of all types and sizes.
“Designing from the Soil Up,” a furniture installation by Common Object Studio that brings together regenerative agriculture and material upcycling.
Special activations from Carnegie, Impact Acoustic, Lutron, and Mohawk highlighting planet-friendly designs that also advance human wellbeing.
An exhibit of METROPOLIS Planet Positive Award winning projects featuring breakthrough material strategies.
