Building a Clear Future

One of the programs’ main goals is to provide transparency to our customers and partners. Everything about the program—including transparency documents, eco-label documents, and program commitments—is publicly published on Bendheim’s website. Solar panels at Bendheim’s headquarters and manufacturing facility currently produce 50% of the company’s energy, and by the end of 2026, new panels will allow Bendheim to run 100% on solar energy.

This is a leading factor in the company’s commitment to reduce corporate carbon by 30% by 2030. Bendheim is working toward it’s commitment of zero waste to landfill. Bendheim has increased it’s annual recycling rate from 29% when the company launched the Building a Clear Future program in August 2023, to 75% in 2025, and looks to increase it further going forward.

Bendheim has published EPDs, HPDs, and Recycled Content Certificates that cover nearly all of the companies products.

Bendheim is proud to be the first and only glass manufacturer globally to publish a JUST Label. This achievement reflects the company’s strong commitment to creating a healthy and supportive workplace that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of its employees, while also strengthening its connection to the communities it serves.
