The collection includes a sofa, sectional, and ottoman that preserve the silhouette and comfort of the original design while replacing synthetic interior components with natural alternatives including coconut fiber, latex, cotton, muslin, jute, and PureBond plywood made with a soy-based adhesive. By applying this level of material reengineering to one of its most commercially established lines, Sabai brings a more natural and eco-forward approach to upholstered furniture scaled for a large consumer audience. The collection reflects Sabai’s broader material evolution, building on its sustainability work by leaning further into natural, renewable, and biodegradable inputs.
