Studio Cooke John’s welcoming contract interiors are informed by the founder’s experience in designing cultural institutions.
Architect Nina Cooke John—an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and creator of Manhattan’s 2020 Flatiron Public Plaza Design Installation Point of Action—believes design can “transform relationships between people and the built environment.” That philosophy also informs projects by her eponymous interior design firm.
