Fixtures Furniture claims that its Fetch chair is “your new best friend.” If so, you had better prepare for a lonely summer, since the company won’t be fielding orders for Fetch until September, and won’t be delivering it before Oct. 1.
Shown in prototype at NeoCon, Fetch is a personable chair with great colors and a bit of a chunky profile. Stackable, it features a thermoplastic seat and back poised on a wire rod frame; an upholstered seat is also available, as are such ad-ons as arms, tablets, and bookracks. With twelve standard plastic colors and thirteen available frame finishes, designers can customize Fetch to fit any environment. Now if it only could bring you the newspaper.
