Using BIM to apply a whole array of green strategies, UN Studio creates a stunning office complex that may provide a template for smart buildings and integrated design. This continuing education program reviews the sustainable design features of the Education Executive Agency and Tax Office building in the Dutch city Groningen and their broader applicability to the field.
