Calvin Klein Unveils REXmas Window Display
REX Architects’ thousand-pound dollhouse goes on display in New York.

A thousand-pound dollhouse by REX Architects is the centerpiece of a new holiday window display at the Calvin Klein Collection store on New York’s Madison Avenue. The four-story structure is made of steel, acrylic sheet, and four-way-stretch Spandex, and dangles over a Manhattan streetscape from four steel-suspension hangers. (REX worked with Situ Studio on the fabrication and Magnusson Klemencic Associates on the structure.) The interiors are furnished with miniature replicas of pieces from Calvin Klein’s apparel, accessory, and home lines. More photos after the jump.
