OFS Brands, Inc. Acquires Carolina Business Furniture

Huntingburg, IN (January 3, 2007) OFS Brands, Inc., a leading North American office furniture manufacturer, today announced it has successfully completed the acquisition of Carolina Business Furniture, a furniture manufacturer specializing in healthcare, corporate and educational market segments. Final terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Carolina, based in Archdale, NC, has 50 plus years of history in furniture manufacturing. The company was recently ranked the No. 2 source for healthcare furniture by Contract Magazine, a publication for architects, designers and facilities professionals.
